Life happens. We know that walking into Exhale isn’t always simple, you’ve probably juggled work, family, and a hundred little things just to get here. That’s why the moment you step through the door, we want your shoulders to drop, your breath to slow, and for you to feel like this hour is truly yours.

Phones in Class
In an ideal world, phones would stay outside the studio completely. But we get it, sometimes that’s just not possible. If life is busy and you need your phone close by, have it with you (on silent, please). We’d still rather have you in the room with your phone than not in the room at all.
If you wear a smart watch that buzzes every time there’s a new offer, email, or reminder to buy milk on the way home, consider slipping it off for just 60 minutes. Removing those little distractions helps you focus fully on your practice, and it’s considerate to the yogis practicing around you.
Leaving Early (Yes, Even During Savasana!)
We all know the last part of class, Savasana, is where the magic happens. It’s the reset, the integration, and arguably the most important part of the class. But sometimes, life pulls you away – an appointment, family commitment, or simply running late.
Fifty minutes of yoga is always better than none. And as a group, we understand – sometimes we forget to silence our phones, sometimes we’re late, sometimes we leave early. What matters is showing up.
At the same time, yoga is also about awareness and respect. If you do need to leave early, we ask that you do so quietly and with consideration for the peaceful space we’re all sharing.

A Supportive Community
At Exhale, we’re a supportive group. If life throws you a curve ball, the best place to be is here – surrounded by people who get it, who won’t judge, and who know that yoga is about more than perfect timing or silence. It’s about showing up as you are, even on the messy days.
✨ In short: give yourself permission to fully unplug and take every minute you can.
But if life happens – we’d always rather have you with us.
